No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

Novice Jiu-Jitsu

Take your first steps into No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu with our Novice Jiu-Jitsu classes. Learn how to train effectively in a safe and welcoming environment - no experience needed!


No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

Learn to blend techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Wrestling, and Judo with our No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes. We integrate modern and old school techniques to provide the most effective version of Jiu-Jitsu available. Level up your Jiu-Jitsu skills with our well-rounded curriculum!


30+ Jiu-Jitsu

Learn how to play a slower and more controlled version of No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Develop a style which prioritizes safety and effectiveness against athletic opponents. Only students 30+ years old may attend this session.


Competition Jiu-Jitsu

Strengthen your competitive edge with our rigorous Competition Jiu-Jitsu class. These sessions involve situational drills and live rounds designed to mimic the intensity of Jiu-Jitsu competition. 3+ months of experience recommended.


Leglocks

Delve into the intricate and exciting game of leglocks! Learn to attack and defend some of Jiu-Jitsu's most effective submissions, including heel hooks, ankle locks, kneebars, and more. Our curriculum prioritizes safety, ensuring students can learn these powerful techniques with minimal risk of injury.


Wrestling Workshop

Build confidence in your takedowns with foundational standup grappling skills. Develop a solid base of effective techniques adapted from Wrestling and Judo for a submission grappling context. This workshop takes a safe and technical approach to takedowns with a combination of drilling and situational training aimed at integrating standup into your game.
